How to Apply for The Executive Programme Because this is a highly tailored programme, we need to liaise very closely with you before accepting your booking. Follow these simple steps to ensure you get exactly what you want:
Well in advance of your programme : 1) Decide on the modules that interest you and the dates that you would like to take a course. >>>>>>>>>>>
Remember you can choose your own modules or one of our suggested programmes. 2) Contact Kingsway (directly or via your training department or agent if appropriate) to discuss your needs and wishes with one of our Senior Management Team. This can be by email or telephone – whichever you prefer. 3) Once we have discussed your needs and wishes, we will need time to coordinate our trainers’ availability for your dates. 4) We will contact you to either confirm availability or suggest some other dates. 5) Once we have agreed dates for the training we will need to liaise over your choice of accommodation, any specific requests regarding social programme & your airport transfer information. 6) We will send you a confirmation of all the agreed course details. Please check carefully then return to Kingsway confirming your acceptance. 7) We will send a copy of your booking and your invoice through the post including details of your accommodation. Our Terms & Conditions require prompt payment on receipt of invoice.
Shortly before your programme :
In discussion with your training department, in-house training company or personal tutor, let us know as much detail of the areas you need to focus on. If you wish we will put our trainers in direct contact with you to discuss and refine your needs, however they will carry out a short needs review when you arrive. In the week before you arrive please let us know your flight details.
